It sounds like you're doing a great job taking care of your little kitten. Diarrhea in young kittens can be concerning, especially when accompanied by lethargy and loss of appetite. Here are a few things you can do to help her at home:

Firstly, it's crucial to ensure she stays hydrated. Diarrhea can quickly lead to dehydration, which is particularly dangerous for young kittens. You can offer her an electrolyte solution designed for pets, available at most pet stores. If she refuses to drink, you might need to use a syringe (without the needle) to gently administer fluids.

Secondly, keeping her warm is essential, and it’s great that you’re already using a hot water bottle and blankets. Just make sure the hot water bottle is not too hot to avoid burns, and always wrap it in a towel for added safety.

Regarding her diet, since she's bottle-fed, ensure the formula is fresh and prepared correctly. Sometimes, a change in formula or improper preparation can cause digestive issues. If you suspect the formula might be the problem, you could try a different brand or consult with a pet store for a recommendation.

Additionally, keep a close eye on her condition. Monitor her stool for any changes in color or consistency, and keep track of her activity levels and appetite.

Given her young age and the combination of symptoms, it's important to be cautious. If her condition doesn't improve soon or if she shows any signs of severe dehydration—such as sunken eyes, dry gums, or extreme lethargy—it's best to seek veterinary care immediately. Young kittens can deteriorate quickly, and a vet can provide the necessary treatment to help her recover.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
