Yesterday she puked clear foam and a worm, so I gave her dewormer. This morning she puked blood and pooped blood. So I gave her antibiotics, she was fine for 4 hours then puked brown puke. So I gave her charcoal. She has not been outside, her food is the same as the last 2 years, her litter box is cleaned out daily. Nothing has changed so I’m not sure.

I'm truly sorry to hear that your cat is experiencing these distressing symptoms. Vomiting blood and having bloody diarrhea are serious signs that could indicate several severe conditions, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ingestion of a toxic substance, or a severe infection. Given that she has been vomiting multiple times a day, including blood, and now has bloody diarrhea, this situation requires urgent attention.

Although you have already administered dewormer, antibiotics, and charcoal, the presence of blood in both her vomit and stool is particularly concerning. This indicates that she needs immediate professional care. A thorough examination by a veterinarian is essential to determine the underlying cause and to provide the appropriate treatment.

In the meantime, try to keep her as comfortable as possible. Ensure she has access to fresh water to prevent dehydration, but avoid giving her any more medications or treatments at home without veterinary guidance, as this could potentially worsen her condition.

Please take her to a veterinary hospital as soon as possible. The symptoms you described are severe and need immediate attention to prevent further complications.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

I can’t get her into the vet until Thursday, and as I have no income I can’t get her into an emergency vet.

First of all, I'm sorry that I couldn't answer your question quickly.

Have her symptoms improved by today? If her symptoms have persisted or worsened, I strongly recommend taking her to the vet.
