It sounds like your kitten might be experiencing an upper respiratory infection, which is quite common in young cats and can lead to symptoms such as congested breathing and difficulty nursing. While it's essential to seek veterinary care as soon as possible, there are a few steps you can take at home to help your kitten in the meantime.

Firstly, make sure your kitten stays warm and hydrated. Using a humidifier in the room where your kitten is resting can help ease congestion. Alternatively, you can create a steam bath by running a hot shower and allowing your kitten to breathe in the steam from the bathroom, while keeping a safe distance from the hot water.

Additionally, gently wiping any nasal discharge with a warm, damp cloth can help keep the nasal passages clear. If your kitten is having trouble nursing, you may need to assist with feeding by offering a kitten milk replacer using a syringe or a bottle designed specifically for kittens.

However, given the severity of the symptoms, it's crucial to seek veterinary care as soon as possible. Upper respiratory infections can escalate quickly in young kittens, potentially leading to more serious conditions like pneumonia. If you notice your kitten's condition worsening, such as increased difficulty breathing or lethargy, it becomes even more urgent to get professional help.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
