The bumps on his skin, lethargy, loss of appetite, stinky breath, and itching all suggest that something might be wrong.

Firstly, the bumps on his skin could be due to an allergic reaction, an infection, or even parasites like fleas or mites. The itching and scratching indicate that his skin is irritated, which could be a reaction to something he ate or came into contact with.

Secondly, eating bones can cause gastrointestinal upset, including vomiting and diarrhea. Bones can also lead to blockages or perforations in the intestines, which are very serious conditions. Although it's a good sign that his vomiting and diarrhea have subsided, his continued low appetite and lethargy are still concerning.

Additionally, the combination of lethargy, loss of appetite, and stinky breath could indicate a systemic infection or another underlying illness.

First, fast for about 12 hours, then offer a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice. And offer small amounts of water and frequent sips.

Given these symptoms and his recent history of eating bones, I strongly recommend taking your dog to the veterinarian as soon as possible. It's crucial to rule out any serious conditions, especially since some of these symptoms can indicate potentially life-threatening issues.
