It sounds like your puppy has ingested quite a few foreign objects, which can certainly be concerning. The fact that he has vomited them up is a positive sign, as it indicates his body is trying to expel these items. However, there are a few things you should monitor closely:

Firstly, keep an eye on his behavior and activity levels. If he seems lethargic, overly tired, or shows signs of discomfort, this could indicate a problem. Additionally, monitor his appetite and drinking habits. If he stops eating or refuses to drink water, this could be a sign of an underlying issue.

It's also important to watch for continued vomiting. If he continues to vomit, especially if it becomes frequent or contains blood, this is a red flag. Similarly, check his stool for any signs of blood or unusual objects, as this can indicate internal issues.

Lastly, be vigilant for signs of abdominal pain, such as whining, restlessness, or a hunched posture.

Given that he has already vomited up the foreign objects and is currently resting, you can monitor him closely for any of the above signs. If he shows any signs of distress or if the vomiting continues, it would be best to take him to the vet immediately. Puppies are more susceptible to complications from ingesting foreign objects, so it's better to err on the side of caution.

If he seems to be doing fine and shows no further symptoms, you can continue to monitor him closely. However, if you notice any concerning signs, don't hesitate to seek veterinary care.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you.
