Earlier today it he was throwing up thick orange liquid then as the day progressed it was clear with red spots followed by yellow vomit with red spots

Does he have any other symptoms such as diarrhea? Orange vomit may be a mixture of gastric juice and blood. After that, the red spots mixed with vomit could be blood or part of the mucous membrane. There are so many different causes for these symptoms. There can be acute gastric ulcers, bone or foreign substances ingestion, and bacterial infection. He is not in a normal situation, and if he vomits repeatedly, he needs to be examined and treated at an animal hospital.

What do I do if I cannot afford medical attention for him are their any alternatives you can recommend such as low cost vets

So you could use a temporary method to fast him for a day or so. He could recover by natural healing. You can give him plenty of water. 

However I do notice a sound coming from his stomach, sounds like our stomachs when we are hungry like a growl..and I doubt he’s hungry because he ate already

It could be the sound of bacteria in the stomach or intestines producing and expanding gas. That kind of of sound can be heard when other harmful bacteria, not the normal germ flora, multiply in the intestine.

If so, it is possible that it is only the gastrointestinal tract or has not affected the intestines yet.
